1.First of all, say that you would like to apply.
*说起你期待申请办理这一份工作中。
例如: I would like to apply for the position of marketing manager…
2.Then you say where you found out about the information about the job.
跟随便说你从哪里获知这一份工作中的招聘职位。
例如，…which was advertised in Creative Jobs.
3.Say why you would like the job
说明你为什么喜欢这一份工作中。
例如, I have always wanted to work in a leading organisation like the BBC.
4.Say why you are qualified to do the job.
介绍一下你为什么具有了做这一份工作中的资质。
例如，I worked as the sub-editor of University News for two years.
5.Say you can provide more information if necessary.
告知另一方假如需要的话你能出示进一步信息内容材料。
例如，I would be delighted to provide more information should you require it.
6.Say when you would be available for interview.
告知另一方你什么时候有时间报名参加招聘面试。
例如，I will be available for an interview any time Monday and Tuesday next week.
