在实际中,我发现了许多顾客发过来外贸询盘后,我立即给与价格,可报价后就一直不见顾客的反映,不见有订单信息,像这类状况应当如何处理?应当写什么內容的电子邮件去给顾客以进一步跟踪呢?应当在传出价格后几日内传出电子邮件较为适合呢?

简易的了解,如HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY P/I, IS THERE ANY QUESTION OR PROBLEM WITH YOU?
再问什么时候开L/C 或汇预付款回来……
如顾客没回应,那么你应当(很*须)打个电话以往了解状况,是价钱难题?销售市场临时性发生改变?顾客是零售商,仍在等最后顾客的确定?還是其他难题?
随后依据状况做一些对策看可否挽留这一张订单信息。
